Bug reports and feature requests

Bug reports, feature requests, and general issue tracking for the app happen on GitHub at github.com/hello-nexus/nexus. If you run into a hardware problem, the app's Diagnostics section can export a support bundle ZIP you can attach to your report.

Response times

We read everything, but this is a small team: expect a reply within a few business days on Discord or email, sooner for security reports (see our security policy).
