杀毒软件与误报

Nexus 是安全的。如果您的杀毒软件拦截或删除了它，那是误报。Nexus 在底层控制风扇、灯效和传感器，杀毒软件有时会把这种行为误认为有害。桌面应用是开源的，任何人都可以在 github.com/hello-nexus 阅读代码。请只从 hellonexus.com/download 下载 Nexus。

解决只需一分钟左右：

  1. 从杀毒软件的隔离区恢复 Nexus。
  2. 在杀毒软件中放行 Nexus 文件夹，即 C:\Program Files\Nexus，然后重新运行安装程序或启动 Nexus。

找到您的杀毒软件

Microsoft Defender

  1. 如果 Windows 提示“Windows protected your PC”，请点击 More info，然后点击 Run anyway。
  2. 恢复：打开 Windows Security > Protection history，打开 Nexus 的条目并选择 Restore。如果再次被标记，请选择 Actions > Allow on device。
  3. 放行文件夹：Virus & threat protection > Manage settings > Add or remove exclusions > Add an exclusion > Folder。

Norton

  1. 恢复：Security > Security History > 选择 Quarantine，然后在 Nexus 项上选择 Create exception & restore。
  2. 放行文件夹：Security > Scans > Exclusions 选项卡 > Add，然后选择 Nexus 文件夹。

指南：排除项、隔离区。报告：文件提交。

McAfee

  1. 恢复：Navigation > Quarantined and Trusted Items > Quarantined Items，选中 Nexus，然后点击 Restore。
  2. 放行文件夹：打开 Excluded Files and Folders（较新版本中为 Real-Time Scanning > Excluded Files），添加 Nexus 文件夹。

McAfee 的菜单因版本而异。指南：隔离区、恢复、排除文件。报告：使用 McAfee 支持网站上的误报选项。

Avast

  1. 恢复：Protection > Quarantine，勾选 Nexus，点击三个点，然后选择 Restore and add exception。
  2. 或者放行文件夹：Menu > Settings > General > Exceptions > Add exception > File / Folder。

指南：例外项、隔离区。报告：误报表单。

AVG

  1. 恢复：Menu > Quarantine，勾选 Nexus，点击三个点，然后选择 Restore and add exception。
  2. 或者放行文件夹：Menu > Settings > General > Exceptions > Add exception > File / Folder。

指南：例外项、隔离区、Blocked & Allowed apps（用于勒索软件、摄像头或浏览器警告）。报告：误报表单。

Bitdefender

  1. 恢复：Protection > Antivirus > Open > Settings > Manage quarantine。打开 Create exception for the restored files，选中 Nexus，然后点击 Restore。
  2. 或者放行文件夹：Protection > Antivirus > Open > Settings > Manage Exceptions > +Add an Exception。

指南：例外项、隔离区。报告：使用 Bitdefender 个人用户支持网站上的误报表单。

Kaspersky

  1. 恢复：Security > Quarantine（右上角），选中 Nexus，然后点击 Restore。
  2. 放行文件夹：Settings > Security settings > Threats and exclusions > Manage exclusions > Add。

指南：排除项、恢复。菜单会随版本变化。报告：OpenTIP。

ESET

  1. 恢复：Tools > Quarantine，右键点击 Nexus，然后选择 Restore and exclude from scanning。
  2. 或者放行文件夹：按 F5 > Scan > 点击 Performance Exclusions 旁的 Edit > Add。

指南：排除项、恢复。报告：提交样本。

Malwarebytes

  1. 恢复：Detection History > Quarantined items，勾选 Nexus，勾选 Exclude this from future detections，然后点击 Restore。
  2. 或者放行文件夹：Detection History > Allow list > Add item。

指南：Allow list、隔离区。报告：误报。

Trend Micro

  1. 放行文件夹：Settings > Exception Lists > Programs/folders > Add > Browse，选择 Nexus 文件夹，然后点击 Apply 和 OK。
  2. 如果 Nexus 已被删除，请从 hellonexus.com/download 重新下载。

指南：例外列表。报告：提交样本。

Avira

  1. 放行文件夹：齿轮图标 > PC Protection > Real-Time Protection > Exceptions，添加 C:\Program Files\Nexus\（末尾的反斜杠很重要）。
  2. 如果 Nexus 已被删除，请从 Avira 的 Quarantine 中恢复，或重新下载。

菜单会随版本变化。指南：排除文件。报告：文件提交。

Webroot

  1. 打开 Webroot，点击 PC Security 齿轮，然后选择 Block/Allow Files > Add File。
  2. 在 Nexus 文件夹中选择 Nexus.exe，然后选择 Allow。从隔离区恢复的文件会出现在同一个列表中。

指南：阻止或允许文件。报告：向 Webroot 提交支持工单，并选择误报选项。

Mac

Mac 版 Nexus 已由 Apple 签名并公证。如果 Mac 上的安全软件标记了它，请用同样的方式放行 Nexus.app。
